The boring part that matters.
Project-language disclosure for the website. It is not jurisdiction-specific legal advice and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before public use.
1. Project description
Omnexia is a proposed community-focused Web3 network. $PLT (Practice Launch Token) is the token associated with the first initiative under the Omnexia umbrella. $PLT is not currently described as an Omnexia platform token.
2. No guarantee of results
Participation does not guarantee that any app, feature, milestone, revenue target, network or future token will launch, operate continuously or achieve a particular level of adoption.
3. No promise of financial return
Nothing on this website should be interpreted as a promise of profit, return on investment, appreciation, income, repayment or a guaranteed financial outcome.
4. Performance-based reward
If the six planned apps achieve project-defined revenue milestones, the project may provide an additional reward to eligible presale contributors. Any such reward is conditional, discretionary and not fixed or guaranteed.
5. Future Omnexia token
Omnexia does not currently have its own token. A future token may or may not be launched through a separate TGE. If launched, its terms, allocation and eligibility rules will be announced separately.
6. Token mechanics
The current configuration describes 1,000,000,000 PLT total supply: 60% presale, 20% liquidity, 10% team/project and 10% marketing/ecosystem. A portion of app advertising revenue is intended for market purchases and permanent PLT burns. These mechanics do not guarantee price or liquidity.
7. Vesting
The current presale configuration specifies 0% initial release, followed by 10% releases every 30 days for 10 cycles. Verify the live presale contract and interface before relying on these figures.
8. Risks
- Smart-contract and technical vulnerabilities.
- Crypto-asset price volatility and illiquidity.
- Apps failing to attract or retain users.
- Advertising revenue being lower than expected.
- Development delays or discontinuation.
- Regulatory and tax changes by jurisdiction.
- Failures or changes by third-party platforms and service providers.
9. User responsibility
Users are responsible for determining whether participation is lawful in their jurisdiction, securing wallet credentials and verifying transaction details. Never send funds to an address obtained from an unofficial source.
10. No professional advice
Nothing on this website constitutes legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Independent professional advice should be obtained where appropriate.
